Shané is our Farm Business Planning Officer based in Bundaberg. She supports all primary producers throughout the Wide Bay Burnett region.

Over the past 20 years, Shané has built a strong foundation in the agricultural industry, working across various roles within agriculture and bio-manufacturing along the East Coast of Australia. Her experience spans a broad spectrum of the sector, from hands-on roles to strategic positions.

Shané is a former Director of Protected Cropping Australia, a peak industry body representing commercial growers Australia-wide who are growing crops within, under or sheltered by structures.

Passionate about helping primary producers build sustainable farm businesses, Shané is dedicated to empowering producers to make well-informed decisions. Her approach integrates practical experience with a strategic perspective, recognising the value that a fresh viewpoint can bring to overcoming business challenges.

With a background in agricultural consulting in the Wide Bay Burnett, Shané understands the region well. She works alongside primary producers, upskilling their strategic farm business management and planning approaches, to help deliver improved efficiency and overall profitability.

Shané holds a Bachelor of Science (Crop and Animal) and a Master of Business Administration. She works with other Farm Business Planning Specialists located throughout Southern Queensland.
